We offer a range of memorial options, from classic timber urns to one-of-a-kind handcrafted urns and memorial garden stones/urn. You can be assured that you will receive all, and only, your pet’s ashes.
Additional memorial products, including jewellery are available as well.
We have provided our pricing in as much detail as possible, along with convenient online payment options, so you can feel confident that there will be no hidden costs. All prices include the individual cremation, your chosen urn, and pick-up and return within our standard service area.
Option 1- Pocket Pet Memorial

This option is designed for very small pets, including birds, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards and other small animals.
This package includes:
- Pick-up and return of your pet
- All, and only, your pet’s ashes returned to you
- A choice of urn options
- A fur or feather clipping, where possible, and a foot or claw print presented on a memorial card, personalised with a photograph of your choice
- A scented remembrance candle
$245 for Timber Box. $285 for other urn options
Option 2- Bamboo Pouch – Ashes Only
This is our most affordable option, but it is by no means a budget service. You and your pet will receive the same personal and caring service, regardless of how you choose to farewell your pet.
This option is ideal if you wish to scatter your pet’s ashes and do not require a memorial certificate, paw print, fur clipping or remembrance candle.
This package includes:
- Pick-up of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic
- All, and only, your pet’s ashes returned to you
- Ashes presented in a bamboo pouch
Please note that a memorial certificate, paw print, fur clipping and scented remembrance candle are not included with this option.

Option 3- Bamboo Pouch Package
Many families choose this option so they can scatter their pet’s ashes in a favourite or meaningful place.
Select this option if you would like to provide your own urn or choose one of our specialty urns found in the shop section. Alternatively, you may wish to keep a small portion of your pet’s ashes in a small keepsake, pendant or glass memorial orb and scatter the remaining ashes.
This package includes:
- Pick-up of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic
- All, and only, your pet’s ashes returned to you
- Ashes presented in a bamboo pouch with a stamped name tag
- A fur clipping and paw print presented on a memorial card, personalised with a photograph of your choice
- A scented remembrance candle

Option 4 – Timber Box or Hand Made Porcelain Urn
Choose from a locally crafted porcelain urn or a variety of timber memory boxes, available with or without a glass front for displaying your own photograph.
This package includes:
- Pick-up of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic
- All, and only, your pet’s ashes returned to you
- Your choice of a locally crafted porcelain urn or timber memory box
- An engraved tag featuring your pet’s name. Additional wording can be added for $15 to cover the extra engraving costs
- A fur clipping and paw print presented on a memorial card, personalised with a photograph of your choice
- A scented remembrance candle

Option 5 – Brass Urn
Choose from a brass urn in silver or charcoal, decorated with paw prints, or a masonry-look metal urn.
This package includes:
- Pick-up of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic

- An engraved tag featuring your pet’s name. Additional wording can be added for $15 to cover the extra engraving costs
